Terms of service

MATERIAL NEEDED

For all my commissions I always need a full description of what you want in the illustration and reference photos in high quality and good light conditions, so I can clearly see the facial features and expressions.

PAYMENT

Paypal only, payment upfront.
All prices are in euros ( € ).
For payments over 100€, I accept 50% upfront, but will continue for the lineart step only after the other 50% of the payment.
If you want more than one character in an illustration, the additionnal character
fee will be added to the original price by the number of characters you want.
I need an email to send the Paypal invoice.

ESTIMATED DEADLINE

A request can take from 7 to 60 business days, depending on the complexity of your commissions and my current commissions queue.

ESTIMATED SCHEDULE

Step 1. Sketches
Step 2. Lineart
Step 3. Colours, shading and adjustment
Step 4. Delivery
The time taken at each step depends on the complexity of the task
It may take 2-10 days for one step, but the illustration will always be delivered within the estimated deadline

REVISIONS

For illustrations under 30€: 1 revision in the sketch
30€ to 60€: 2 revisions
Over 60€: 3 revisions

EXCEPTION: For tight deadlines (up to 5 days), I have the right to not accept revision requests. In this case, I will put the image process on my Trello page,
so you can follow the step by step, but I won't change anything in the artwork

DELIVERY

The final illustration is delivered by email, in PNG and JPG, with 300 dpi resolution and colour mode according to purpose
(CMYK - Coated Fogra39 for printing or sRGB for web use)

RIGHT OF USE

For personal use, the client is allowed to: Print and frame the illustration for gifts or decorations, birthdays and other personal event invitation; to post on social media to recommend and share my work by linking this website or one of my social medias
What is not allowed, (non exhaustive list): Erasing my signature, making products and any kind of commercial or marketing use, including the use of the artwork on business profile pictures,
post on social medias or websites for marketing purposes.
If you want to use the illustration for these purposes,
I will charge a commercial use fee

PRIVACY

Photos used as reference will not be posted on internet without client’s permission, but the final artwork will be posted on my portfolio and Pixiv and/or Twitter to share my work. Except for NSFW works, that I will delete all the photo references and post the final artwork on my Pixiv and/or Twitter

THINGS I DO NOT DRAW

Your order will be automatically dismissed if it contains at least one of those things:
• Realism
• Underage/Lolis
• Gore
• Scat/Uro
• Bestiality
• Over Complicated characters and designs
• OC's that doesn't belong to the client without proof of the approval of the original owner

List is non exhaustive, if you have a doubt please ask

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

• I reserve the right to refuse any order at my own discretion, after started the sketch, there will be no refund of the payment already made

• I start the sketches only after the payment is made

• I continue for the lineart step just after the final payment (in case of 100€/+ work)

• I will use my creativity and the support of photographic references to create something that comes close to what the customer wants, and if necessary,
I will offer options that convey the same idea and feeling, even if
it is not exactly the same as the requested. I will not in any way copy or heavily reference other artists' works and ideas, even if it's just a pose
There will be no exception

• I need the client to reply my messages as soon as possible.
If the client takes more than 30 days to give a feedback or to reply my messages,
it will be considered finished and there will be no refund of the payment made

• Delay in approval/reply will increase the deadline and
each revision may increase the deadline

• All my illustrations are signed, no exceptions

• I am not responsible for the color change in the print, as the illustration is already done in the proper color mode for printing

• If you speak a language that I do not understand, please use a translator (deepL; Google Translate), check your message several times before sending it, I cannot be held responsible for any translation error that would impact the final rendering of your order
